1. General Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility varies by product type and is subject to the following conditions:

Chief AI Officer Certification:

• Refund requests must be submitted before you have completed 10% of the course content.

• Once you exceed 10% of the course, refunds are no longer available.

AI Consultant Certification or AI Certification:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing before completing the first training session.

Important: Courses, certifications, or products purchased at discounted, promotional, or special-offer rates are strictly non-refundable. This is clearly indicated at the time of purchase

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Discounted or promotional items

• Digital products or downloadable materials once accessed

• Courses where the completion threshold has been surpassed

• Bundled packages or group purchases, unless specifically stated otherwise

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must follow this procedure:

A. Submit a Written Request

• Send your refund request to [email protected] or via direct message within the Chief AI Officer community.

• Requests submitted through other channels (e.g., social media, phone) will not be accepted.

B. Provide Proof of Dissatisfaction

• Clearly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction.

• Include supporting documentation, such as screenshots, timestamps, or specific examples of the issue.

C. Customized Training Option (Strongly Recommended)

• Upon receiving your request, we may offer personalized support or customized training to address your concerns.

• Accepting this option often resolves most issues effectively.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved after the initial support phase, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to this Refund Policy. Customers who initiate chargebacks without first following this policy may be:

• Permanently banned from all current and future ChiefAIOfficer.com programs

• Reported to payment processors as potentially fraudulent

• Subject to legal action for attempting to circumvent this policy
