• Chief AI Officer Certification: Refund requests must be submitted before reaching 10% course completion. Once you exceed 10% completion, refunds are no longer available.
• AI Consultant Certification or AI Certification: Refund requests must be made in writing before completing the first training day.

Steps to Request a Refund
All refund requests must follow this procedure:
Contact Requirement:
Notify us clearly in writing via our official customer support email address ([email protected]) or direct message to customer support within the Chief AI Officer community. Refund requests through other means (social media posts, phone, third-party channels) will not be accepted.
Proof of Dissatisfaction:
Clearly detail the reason(s) for dissatisfaction and provide supporting documentation such as screenshots, timestamps, or specific examples illustrating the issue.
Initial Remedy:
Upon receipt of your request, we will first offer customized training to directly address and resolve your specific concern(s). Acceptance of this customized remedy is strongly encouraged and typically resolves most concerns.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is formally approved (after first offering customized training), refunds will typically be processed within two weeks (14 business days). You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Purchases
• Purchases at discounted, promotional, or special-offer rates are explicitly non-refundable.
• Customers who surpass the stated completion thresholds become ineligible for refunds.
Chargeback & Fraudulent Claims Policy
By enrolling in our certification programs, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy, as confirmed at checkout.
Customers who attempt to file a chargeback without first following the refund procedures outlined above, or who file fraudulent or baseless chargebacks, will be considered in violation of our terms of service. Such actions will result in permanent suspension from all our current and future programs, potential legal action, and reporting to payment processors as fraudulent.
