the SMART criteria for a specific metric, it may not be an ideal data point for you to track.

From financial impact to customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and employee skills improvement, our scorecards make
sure the KPIs are being tracked and projects are on target to achieve the stated strategic goals that resulted
from the Ignition process that you’ll learn in the next module.

And when they aren’t on track, you’ll know immediately.

Visualize Success

The impact and ease of use of Dashboards and Reports cannot be understated in their ability to bring key AI
project metrics to life.

To fuel innovation and optimization, you should be working with the marketing team to conduct thoughtful experiments and
